Rice ladoos

This is one of my favourite snacks which we normally make during Christmas time. Rice is washed, dried and roasted in a pan, cooled and then put in a mixie to make fine flour.
Coconut and jaggery is pounded together. A few raisins and cardamom powder is added to the mixture and ladoos formed.
What is your favourite snack? Anything special during any feast that you celebrate?

I have eaten Rice Ladoos.
And very nice they are.
The cardamom.is the.key, too much of that and its no good.

My.own home made Onion Bhaji.
You never know, I might make some and post about it in the next couple of days
