Fried Fish Filets To Go

Was out most of the day today. Got a lot done through the raindrops.
Some of the dine in restaurants were closed. So, the decision to order a to go plate worked perfect.
Fried catfish filets, cole slaw, green beans and cornbread on the side.
All so very good. Now lunch and dinner are all done. Need to chill awhile.

I remember when my son was very young, he only liked to eat fish fillet and vegetables. Now his diet has totally changed.

@CarolDM True. Now he's into chicken and meat. I hardly see him eat vegetables these days.
It was the opposite for me though. When I was a kid I could never eat any vegetables. But now I can eat vegetable salad.

@CarolDM We don't have a restaurant that serves catfish:( Cod or perch are good here, though.

It was good here.
We had fish fillet last week in one of our meals. My sister does the cooking.

The coleslaw looks really good. That is one of those foods that I didn't like as a good but have grown to appreciate as an adult. I think that part of that is due to realizing that I can make delicious coleslaws that in no way resemble what I grew up with.
