A stitch in time...a support in time

Good afternoon from this side of the planet. It's 2:19 PM here as I write this post. A night long shower, and then a bright sunny morning and now the dark clouds are hovering around. Weather is moody and restless and unable to decide what to do Continuous rain has ruined some of the veggies. I can't shift all the heavy pots indoors and in shaded gazebo. I also have space constraint.I moved some. They say a stitch in time saves nine. That's some wisdom but sometimes we just fail to follow it all the time.. One of the dresses and pillow covers showed the sign that they needed some repair and I kept ignoring them till today. They are new ones and not yet the ones to be donated. Today the holes are bigger and it's more repairing work for me. I should get them done soon after writing this post. I spent a good time here and answered all my notifications. There are about 10 left but my eyes and neck refuse to co-operate. I should just take a break and do some needle work with music on. Well, at least I saved this rose plant and provided it support in time. Else it would have not survived two nights of heavy showers and thunderstorms. You can see that in picture.. it I overburdened with blooms and needed some support. I tied it to the net that I generally use for all the creeper and crawler veggies. Catch you later. I will come back in some time or maybe after my afternoon nap. I will be reading and responding in the next mylot session. A lot to catch up with your discussions here. Enjoy your time in your mylot corner

Lovely roses! Yes you are so right, often we know what we should do but we can't always make ourselves do it!

Very true. Sometimes we don't have the time and many a times our mood and energy don't co-operate.

The roses are so beautiful. Even I have to take breaks from here. I start getting headaches at times. My aim is to respond to every discussion but unfortunately that's not possible

Too much of mylotting means sticking to screen for long. And that's not healthy. We should take those breaks. And responding to every discussion is not possible unless we are here all day around.

But you can only do this much specially when it comes to lifting pots. Take it in your stride and accept should there be any losses.
