During the Chinese National Holiday from 1st to 7th of October, I had experienced low decking of students online. It is also the same situation with the other virtual teachers in my company. It was our first time to experience this. I can tell that my company is struggling now. For me, it is a bad sign that they are going to shut down anytime soon.
How would you feel if your company is struggling?
Are you going to remain loyal or not to your company?

I experienced that once when I was in my early twenties. I stayed loyal to the company and ended up not getting paid for the last month I worked there. (Other people started stealing the stock the company was supposed to sell but I just couldn't do that.)

@Shavkat I hope that doesn't ever happen to you. It's distressing to go through.

@DaddyEvil I cannot control this situation. They cannot bend the new rule in China. I personally think that it is their karma for not taking good care of their virtual teachers.

@Shavkat I understand and yes, it would be nice to believe the company is reaping what they sow.

@allknowing I hope they can do this the soonest. I heard two sister branches had closed in Beijing. This is another bad sign for me.

One of my students said something about this concern. They cannot solve this issue and that is China's new rule is about not teaching the English language to kids 12 years old and below. It means the bread and butter will be lost for our current company. Thus, the company will not be able to withstand the demand of their employees if they cannot solve this.

if the company is loyal to you, then I would say fight to the end. if not, then you don't owe them anything.

@DocAndersen You said it right. The good thing is that I gained more experience and certificates from them. I do not owe anything for being a loyal virtual teacher to them for more than 8 years now.

@zhangxueying I think the new rule will affect the young learners to learn the English language especially in speaking part.

It happened to me a long time ago but I can`t remain loyal because My mother needs my help with the expenses. So, I have to resign earlier before they are about to shut down

I am sorry that you had experienced this. That's the reason why I am applying here and there online lately. I was hired by an American tutorial company, which is a business-related one. By Monday, I am going to have a series of training with another company that will focus more on teaching IELTS. I think I can keep them both.

I am sorry to hear it Shav.
I would not be able to be loyal to a struggling company because I would have to have income.
