This is other things that I bought today. Honey!! I bought 2 jars @one kilogram each, as I exchange sugar with this honey for my coffee and my tea. It will be much healthier than sugar. Being careful with health, I try to reduce sweet things. One of them to exchange my drink with honey. How about you? do you like drink something with honey? Or you are alergic to honey?

I dont take sugar at all in my diet being diabetic. I know honey has health benefits still I dont take it.

@sjvg1976 I drink lots of plain water too. But other than that, like with honey. Diabetic is not allowed to take honey too?

@CarolDM I meant is it nectar honey, Clover Honey. Buckwheat Honey. Acacia Honey. Manuka Honey. Wildflower Honey. Orange Blossom Honey.Sourwood Hone, bitter honey, Honey name based on flower that Bee are picking up

@sol_cee Yes, I read it, thats why I try to buy from same stores. I also see that some big brand honey do have ants like it. Is that means honey are mixed with sugar? This is a big company brand - tough

as long as honey has no additional sugar, I am ok with some processed honey with lower water percentage @janet357
