Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters
I woke up in a cloudy and very cold weather. I still had my nice morning walk wearing a warm jacket. I also had my dancing exercise.
Today, I marinated a pork meat without bone with salt and pepper before frying it with olive oil. After it looks golden brown I add some butter and garlic in it and sprinkle some Thyme to have a good taste. Then you can serve it 
How about you my dear mylotters? Have you tried Fried Pork Chops (No bone)? What are you having for today?

we make pork chops often in a number of different ways. My favorite it baked in the oven with a little bar bq sauce!

@m_audrey6788 you bet! the other thing we do is buy pork loin, and smash it flat. then fry it with panko and olive oil.
in Indiana they make them huge (Pork Tenderloin) my wife loves them!
