There was a post from noise.cash a couple days ago that could possibly explain it. I'd link instead of copy-pasting, but I can't figure out how to do that directly without making it an affiliate link: There is a new rule in play since a few days ago, that limits earnings of people whose profiles consist of more than 50% of renoises (basically, less original content than renoises) and the more renoises there are, the smaller the payments. I haven't seen anything other than that, though. Some of my hearts have been awarding small amounts, and I've received a couple from other users that way. I'm still trying to figure out exactly what I'm doing there anyway so it's just more confusion to add to the mix.

I have read that post but they had blocked users who they thought had done that but today there is absolutely no monetization of hearts. A bit worrying though
