@Vree0937 yes, that's an issue. In Europe and the US, they are paid as per hours not like us who are paid for the days irrespective of the hours we work a day.

Work and home life must be balanced or we will grow to resent our work. Resenting work leads to doing a bad job and getting fired.

@sjvg1976 That is the mindset created for us by the capitalists, I think. People are compelled to take jobs for the sake of making ends meet. Come to think of it this pandemia has changed that perspective because people are refusing to go back to their work and finding courage into venturing into something they like to do.

I am also like you who work almost for 10-11 hours a day and get phone calls related to work even when I am at home. I know we should balance our life but practically it's tough to do it.
