I have an appointment with my ISP a.k.a. GLOBE today . Actually I'm planning to downgrade my subscription from P 1,699 (10MB) to P 1,499 (40MB) But to my surprised they said it's not possible anymore because I already upgraded to FIBER. They said they already locked my account in 2 years again. Huh? without my consent? I don't even sign any contract. Globe is evil... I had so many bad experience with this ISP.
