Poof and this week disappeared

Happy Friday Everyone! the sun is shining and it's going to be 80 degrees F today. Looks like another few warm days before Fall weather hits us next week. This week flew by even faster than ever. My daughter had off on Monday and I have no idea where this week disappeared to. Now the weekend is rapidly approaching. My granddaughter is home (from college) for the weekend so tomorrow she's coming over for lunch. Did I tell you she got a kitten? She's also bringing her new kitty over so we can meet it. Her kitty looks so soft in the pictures she's sent me. I don't know how well the pups will like having a kitty come for a visit but we'll see. Her mom (my oldest daughter) is also coming over to help my youngest daughter put together a new desk and shelves she bought for her office. Until now she's been dealing with trying to work on a makeshift folding table and really needs to have adequate space to work. I'm sure once the new stuff is all set up her workspace will be more beneficial and she can get rid of some of the other stuff that is taking up room. We're on a roll here especially getting rid of stuff and getting ready for a donation pickup. Our painting project is at the beginning of November so we need to get more organized so that it isn't a bigger project getting the downstairs ready for painting. Not much planned for today but I am enjoying my coffee. I wanted to sit outside while I had my coffee but didn't spend much time here yesterday so I'm having it while we chat.
