October is month 10, so this will have 10 facts that has to do with me and this month. One: October 3, 2008 was one of the worst days of my life as it was the day I got my daughter taken from me thanks to her "dad" abusing her. Making it a day that I'll never be able to forget no matter how hard I try. Two: I love Halloween. Always have. Mainly for the dressing up and trick or treating / seeing the kids do it. But I'm not crazy about horror movies, or anything like haunted houses etc. Three: My favorite Halloween movie is Hocus Pocus. And as of last Christmas, I finally have it on blu-ray! So I can now watch it whenever I want not just Halloween season. Four: We've always been told that we give out the best candy.. but this year we're only doing reese's and kitkats. Especially since we don't get as many treaters as we used to years ago. Five: My favorite costume growing up was a handmade pocahontas one that my Uncles ex made me. Six: I have taken a photo on Halloween with my niece, nephew and or their mom almost yearly for the last 10years, when they come by in their costumes before going out trick or treating. With me usually in a costume (onesie pajamas) too. And I look forward to it every year. Seven: We've had a parade and festival on Columbus Day weekend since I was little that I still go to (except the last two years), and have so many memories from. Like seeing one of my little cousins (who was adopted out) in 2016. Eight: The fiancé and I had gone to many football games the first two years we were together. But only two of them we had really good seats. One was October 2012 when the Broncos (who we both rooted for especially since Peyton Manning was still there and playing, and he's our favorite!) played the Patriots, as our seats were third row. (This also happens to be the last time we went to a game thanks to stupid drunks, and him saying games always look better on tv cause you can see everything up close) Nine: October 2018 I went to a wrestling show with my family and saw my favorite wrestler Jeff Hardy for the very first time. (And last time unfortunately!). It made me soo happy! I cried. Ten: I carved my first pumpkin since I was a kid two years ago. And it was just as fun and messy as I remembered. (It was Hello Kitty.
