Thought it is monsoon season

It is still scorching hot over here! 
Usually during October, I could feel the weather will be slightly cold, sometimes rain in the afternoon. But amazingly, since last week, the sun keeps shining brightly and making it hard to sleep, especially at night.
Sometimes I don't feel useful to go bath when I still sweating after taking a shower
I really hope that this upcoming week until January next year, the weather change. Imagine how hard to get a peaceful sleep during hot times.
How's the weather at your place? Anyone experiencing winter for this year already?

Yes so I have been reading the rains are unusual for this time where you are
Here it is normal how it usually is at this time of year..not rain but snow occassionally

which is your country Adie? In Kolkata in India it is still raining. As Kolkata is situated 150 kilometers from Bay of Bengal whenever any depression comes from the sea we get 5 days of rainfall. But is hot over here also.
