A lovely monday breakfast. Ideas for lunch.

I shouldn´t, but I did, friends. I made a big cup of half and half hot chocolate-coffee with milk. And I placed in the small countertop oven some French bread with plenty of cheese to melt. Thinking of it all, I guess that will be my lunch although I had lots of idea for today´s meals. Claudia gave me chard. I will cook it and will make oeufs en cocotte. But I was thinking to do it for lunch and now I think that I´ll pass. I´ll just boil the chard and put it away. When chard is as tender as Claudia picks it up, I like it more that spinach. She also gave me 8 eggs from her happy hens. Yesterday, she placed the dogs elsewhere and the hens ate half of the chard. Lucky for me there were plenty

By marguicha @marguicha Your breakfast sounds good. I like just hot chocolate. I like French bread with melted cheese. I have had cheese on bread and put it in the toaster oven for lunch and it was quite tasty.

Melted cheese is wonderful any way. I added some dry ground oregano.
