...this year. Lately, I've noticed my mattress sagging in several places. My back is already bad enough, and I certainly don't need this. I'm 90% sure I bought a warranty for my mattress. This is pretty ridiculous that it's uncomfortable after less than three months. Hoping these people call me back soon. According to their phone message, they're open, and they've never been super busy when I've been in there.

I paid more for a Tempur-Pedic and it has been well worth the money.
