How do you make the mashed garlic?

We like to add some garlic when we fry the vegetables or meats. But I often find it troublesome to make the mashed garlic. The normal way is to use the knife but it is not my style. Lately I bought a mini mixer and it is quite easy to make the mashed garlic by pressing one button. And it uses USB to charge when it is lack of power. I really find it useful.

I like it to be mini since I have a normal size. When you just make the mashed garlic with one garlic, it is no need to use big machine

I just use the handle of the knife to peel the garlic. Then I slice the garlic however I have a hammerlike tool to poke the garlic but sometimes I misplaced it. So I have to do it with the knife.

For Filipinos, we always use garlic when cooking particular meals.

I have a garlic press, all Italians have a garlic press, no need of electricity.

It is not easy to find a good grater. I tried it before but it didn't work very well.

If small batch, use knife. If a lot, use mini mixer or blender
