Meet little Coco

Heres Coco! Sometimes he gets poo stuck in his fur and he needs a little soak in warm water to help get it off. Here he is, waiting patiently as he has a soak!
Doesn't Coco look cute?! He looks a little bit nervous as he isn't used to this. He doest often go in the bucket for a soak, but during the summer he needed to, especially with fly strike an ever present threat. I have lost a bunny to fly strike in the past, so keeping bunny bums clean is essential, especially in the warmer months of the year. He is a little dude, sitting there watching the world go by.
What do you think of Coco? Do you think he looks nervous?

@RebeccasFarm I did wonder if I had called him a 'he' but I did on a few occasions lol. Coco will forgive you.

@nela13 coco hasn't really changed in appearance since getting him. He has grown a bit but not very much. He is often grumpy now, though.

He is about 4 years old now. He's a dwarf so he never grows big. He's middle aged for a bunny!

@Danielclark691 A rabbit for a pet ain't common in my country. I've seen some in pet shops and have always wondered how they thrived in our tropical climate. I suppose rabbits are also survivors.
Pretty interesting Coco being a dwarf. Before today, I only associate rabbits with Thumper, Bambi's friend in that sad Disney animation.

@eileenleyva you can get the giant bunnies but Coco is a dwarf, yes. He is very easy to look after. He can come inside the house sometimes but he usually lives outside and loves to jump about in the garden. He doesn't have a friend, he lives on his own but I spend a lot of ti with him.

He is a cute bunny...
When I was a kid on the farm, about 50 years ago now, we raised rabbits for food, along with cattle, chickens and ducks. (The bunnies were fun to play with but dad didn't want us to get attached to them as they would, one day, end up on our kitchen table.)

yes I understand this. Coco is a pet rabbit and you would want a larger bunny for meat I would think anyway. He is tiny!
