The button was missing

Recently my store in shopee received one order. So I click the order and processed it. The last thing to do is print the receipt of it. But the button responsible for that was missing. It took many hours before shopee fix the problem. It was at their end the reason I can't print the receipt. I'm really glad it has been fixed now.

Good thing it was fixed. Not sure if that would have worked in your cause but you can always take a screenshot of the page and then paste it into Paint, Microsoft Word, etc. and save the file.
