I was THREATHENED by...

...Yahoo! I woke up this morning and saw this message from a scammer. I cannot believe that they are sabotaging my account on "Yet Another Hierarchical Officious Oracle." I am not sure if you are going to click this link as being asked. I guess I am so immune that I cannot feel being threatened by it. Have you ever received this kind of message?

I assumed that you are using Gmail. I have also an account here, but it is seldom being used by me.

@LadyDuck That's nice. We only rely on Gmail and yahoo. I sometimes use iCloud

@Shavkat I use the email account hosted on our Swiss provider. I also have a gmail, for less important things.

@Deepizzaguy I hope it is not because of being in poverty, which is always the case.

I seldom use Yahoo except for some personal email communications. So far I have not received any email like that and I think that they will not enforce you to have it upgraded.

I agree. I am so vigilant with this matter. I had a big blow for doing this before. It almost hacked my PayPal account. In the nick of time, I was able to change my old passwords to new.

I also do the same thing. I just shared this one to let my message goes across around the globe. It is a way to warn others about it.

These official looking messages get on my nerves. The ones I get say account is deactivated or so on. I can't tell if it's true or not!

I am sure it is not the legit message. I usually check my account if I cannot log in, then it is being compromised.

If you will check the wordings closely, it is considered a fake one.
