Coupons.com now has an app!! This app lets you scan your receipts and receive cash back to your PayPal for items on your list. You get the full value of the coupons, not just points. On other apps you get points and not the full amount of the coupons. No minimum to Cash Out!! I'm going to try this app!! It will be great to see the full savings and money add up in my PayPal account!!

I wonder if that means I'd have to shop only those retailers that honor coupons.

You can key in the store you're going to visit and a list of items and the coupons will appear. If you buy these items you get the value of the coupon in PayPal. It works similar to this. Or it will scan your receipt for items that have coupons. This way I can actually see my savings

Oh, ok, well that would leave me out, I rarely see coupons for USA organic foods.

@rebelann if you want cash back for organic foods you can try out the makeena app. I'm going to do a post on this one too
