Oh crikey !.... I know that this is an age old problem ...and over the years I have heard lots of things that people say work .....but my Mister won't try any of them ! It's got to the stage that I can now get to sleep when he is snoring ....but if I wake in the night ....can't get back to sleep ! So ...any suggestions ?

We started with separate bedrooms years ago. Partly because he snores and partly because he worked different hours than me. It never interfered with romance, but has worked well.

I already get used to it. Besides, if I am awake in the midnight, I can fall asleep soon. But usually I can sleep until next morning.

Learn to tune it out. Try to focus on calming your body and mind. You can't control what he does, only you. My husband snores, and it doesn't bother me.

Make him sleep on the couch ...... well, it does work but causes hurt feelings, not a win win situation.
