Toiletry Bags or Makeup Bags?

What would you personally like as a present... Toiletry bags or makeup bags? I would like either. However, people do not know my choice of makeup. So, for myself, maybe I would lean more toward toiletries. For example, good smelly perfume, shampoo and conditioner, soap, nail polish, spritz, gel, etc. If you are a man, what would you like your wife/sister/mother/girlfriend to have? Thank you!
