It's a China Rose!

This kind of hibiscus has quite thin petals and other parts. I wondered why it is called China rose. I assumed they mistakenly think it was a red rose. The other names of this bloom is Chinese hibiscus, Hawaiian hibiscus, rose mallow, and shoeblackplant. The scientific name is Hibiscus rosa-sinensis. Any new blooms popping out in your lovely garden?

It's too cold for flowers to be blooming here... And I've never seen a hibiscus that looked like that one. It's very pretty.

I am sure it is best to make them on bonsai. Then, they can be planted on pots there. Is it a good idea?

It's late autumn here, and there is the chill of winter in the air, so there won't be any lovely flowers for a few months.

I am not sure how they come out with this name. It would be perfect trivia if I can find the right answer to it.

This time of year, not really. The trees that lose their leaves have lost them, but the trees and bushes that keep them have not changed. This time of year, it can't decide if it's hot or cold. This confuses many plants.

I agree with you. I think Florida is a bit warmer than the other states in America, right? I just base it on my old friend who is leaving in West Palm Beach.
