Baked tonight

The bio/science/upper wing people like to celebrate things like Thanksgiving, Christmas, birthdays, etc. Well one of our colleagues is getting married on Sunday so we are doing a surprise wedding breakfast for her tomorrow. As usual pretty much no one is doing anything homemade except me. I'm made my usual Bravetart coconut muffins (from scratch) because I already had all of the ingredients on hand. I last made them in September and my coworkers RAVED about them. The future bride thanked me for being the only one who brought an actual homemade thing. Another coworker said she ate FOUR of them. I was sleepy but still banged out the coconut muffins. I don't have a big enough container to hold them so I'll just wait for them to cool overnight and then put them in a Ziploc bag.

I saw that discussion title and thought you were JJ, but he usually doesn’t get baked late in the day. You may have to go into the mail-order business with those muffins.
