Perhaps A Bubble Tent In Backyard

Ever thought of living in a bubble anyone? Might not be such a bad idea. This one is actually available at WalMart. Only $4k. Not a bad deal. I don't have a Christmas list but I may have to start one. I could see everything going on around me and nothing would bother me. And I could still take photos. Sound like a good idea anyone?

@CarolDM Oh, now I understood. You aren’t staying in your bubble tent, you're only visiting.

Oh now wouldn't that make my crappy neighbors so mad. That way I could go inside there without smelling their rotten dog shite they never clean up off their patio I could also take photos of them and their troglodyte faces. You sure know how to find a bargain Carol. Not a bad idea at all thanks.

I have seen those last year and I suggested to my husband to have one. He brought me inside our greenhouse on a warm day and he asked me if I was comfortable... understood, I am not going to buy.

@CarolDM I am sure it would be perfect in a very cold country. May be in winter here.

It looks like a clear yurt. But not for me, I like my privacy too much to be able to feel comfortable in such a bubble.

@CarolDM It looks big enough to have a small heater for the winter. I could move the computer in there and stay. I am far enough from everyone I could even have a potty in it

the hubs threatened to gimme one when he figured how to make such where the barometric pressure could be constantly stable, lol. 4 grand'd be a bit steep fer these parts. i'd fear hail storms, high wind damage 'n 't bein' sand blasted :)

My daughter actually sent me a photo of that a while back. It looks cool, but what about ventilation? Love the all around views, though.

That actually looks pretty awesome, but I wonder how good the climate control system is in that thing. In Florida, it would get super hot inside there without a strong A/C system. Just think of what the electric bill would be to keep that thing cool.

@CarolDM You know in reality that bubble would never be as clean and clear as it is in the photo! I can't even keep the windshield on my truck clean, let alone having to worry about a giant bubble! lol

I have many questions about it. Would be better to get a tent. It just looked cool, I thought about taking photos in my backyard, but then the birds would probably visit and leave their marks behind.
