Lazy Saturday (I hope)

Do you often plan your day, expecting it to be the way you thought it would be? Only to find it wasn't going at all like you hoped?
With three funerals recently, I feel a little uneasy. But I trust Jesus when he said to cast all my cares on him and to not be anxious.
Life is not predictable...it never has been. When we're young, we act as if we have forever in this life. As we age, we realize life is actually very short.
I don't want to waste another moment assuming life will go on exactly as I've planned.
Who was it that said, "Man plans and God laughs"?
Maybe this will be a calm lazy Saturday, but if not, God's got it.

@1creekgirl It was chirping..bought some new batteries, but it is hard to reach. Roomie will help when he gets off his lazy butt.

not havin' a plan helps dissuade disappointment when schtuff slides downhill. i tend to tackle schtuff 's time/weather/critters 'llow.
