It's great to know many languages, but...

I can speak 3 dialects fluently (Ilocano, Kapampangan, and Kalinga), but I can only speak and write in two languages, Tagalog and English.
I know a few words in Korean, and can understand simple statements, but I plan to study more so .I could speak and write correctly as well..
I'm also interested in German, Chinese, and French. But I don't think I will be able to learn them as I'm not that keen (I'm not a linguist.)
How about you? How many tongues do you speak and what languages interest you the most? What language would be easy for me to learn?
What do you recommend?

I'm a native American English speaker but I took four years of French in High School. That was years and years ago but, as long as the other person is patient, I can still make myself understood and understand that language.(If they speak too fast, I'm lost.)
I know some phrases in several other languages but would probably be in trouble quickly enough if the other person doesn't speak English, too.

@Jenaisle I'm not a linguist. I started learning it when I was 14 years old. When I graduated High School at 18, I had a decent grasp of the language... I just turned 58 in October and still remember some of it... To me, it wasn't too difficult back then. I wouldn't even attempt to learn a new language now.
