Hawks Win!

Hey all, I am enjoying watching the Blackhawks game and I posted earlier about wanting the Blackhawks to come back and tie this game up and that is what they did. Late in the 3rd period they were able to score and tie the game up. Brandon Hagel was able to fight within the blue paint and tip the puck in for the goal. They were able to hold on until the regular time ended and sent the game into overtime. In hockey you get one point for a tie so they at least got one point for that. Hawks Win! 3 minutes and 33 seconds into the overtime the Hawks pulled it out and win the game. In hockey overtime they play a 3 on 3 setup and on the ice, they have Jones, Kane and DeBrincat. Jones gets two of the Blues players to come to him passing to Kane as they push to the net. Kane flips the puck over the stick of the opposing player to DeBrincat who puts it past the goalie for the winning goal. Beautifully played at the end for the win and getting the Hawks two points and the win. That brings them to 7-11-2 on the season. They still have a long way to go to even have a chance at the payoffs this year, but I will take the wins when we can get them. The real impressive thing about the game is they started by giving up 2 goals early in the game, but they were able to hold them and score to get back into the game and eventually win the game.
