Eating before bed is what I do a lot Courtney. And then a couple of hours later it's get up and eat again. It's not ideal.

Today we had an omelet, which had yellow onions, green bell peppers, and the white meat from the Thanksgiving turkey. I also added shredded Italian cheese blend on top. And on the side there was cornbread and cranberry sauce. Your breakfast looks good. Is that black pudding thing for dessert or meant to be eaten with everything else?

@JimBo452020 Unfortunately, in order to avoid anther intestinal blockage (bowel obstruction), I have to avoid raw fruits and veggies, meats like steak, anything that's hard to digest.

Black pudding is a type of blood sausage . It is made from pork or beef blood, with pork fat or beef suet, and a cereal, usually oatmeal, oat groats or barley groats. It's.awesome
