Maxican chicken with pineapple sauce.

Do you watch food shows and try dishes from different countries? I love cooking food from different regions and " Mexican chicken with pineapple sauce " is one. It's one of the favourite dishes of my elder son and so I prepared it on his birthday on the 28th of Nov.21. We had it with chicken biryani.
I used boneless chicken and fried them with capsicum and onion and simmered the whole with pineapple sauce. Garnished the dish with pepper and coriander leaves.
It tastes good. My mylot friends can try it.
