I Catch a lot of Big Eels

My house is not far from the river. Yesterday afternoon I put 25 fishing rods using worm bait. I leave it overnight. This morning I saw that all the fishing lines were tight, I was very happy, it means that something has eaten my fishing hook. Of the 25 fishing rods, there were 19 fishing rods that got eels. The size is big. Once I used shrimp bait, my fishing hook was eaten by a snake. That's terrible.

Wow.so much eels there,I really like eating eels, they are tender to eat.but on the other hand,i don't dare eat eels too much,I knew they usually carry parasites.but if it is wild, then ok to eat.

Of course it's safe. The taste of the meat is more chewy, especially for large eels. To get rid of the fishy smell, you have to soak it with tamarind or lime
