Fondue is in the future!

Ha! I remember having it every now and then growing up. My ex and I used to make it now and then and invite my sister over. We would do cheese fondue and then a hot oil one (basically deep frying meat and veg). One New Year's Eve he did a chocolate fondue for dessert with different types of fruit but I'm not really into chocolate or sweets so I didn't care much for it.
Anyway I decided that I am in the mood for cheese fondue. It has been well over a year at least since I have treated myself to it. So that is what will be for dinner tonight or tomorrow.

@NJChicaa Nah, you just live life to the fullest in the way you know how. Some discretional adjustments maybe but never stop being you and cheering me up. I love the way you describe how you cook it s very therapeutic.

@crossbones27 Well I was 260 5 or 6 years ago so I've slimmed down a bit. That is like 90 pounds.

I have had such a taste for cheese fondue for so long. I have a new fondue pot in the box, unused. Hubs doesn't like to eat that much cheese for obvious reasons! :-)
