Covid again

My daughter won't go to school this week, one of the school workers is infected with covid and she is the one who gives them the lunch. My daughter's school is a very small one, so it will be closed while everyone is tested. My daughter will do the Covid test tomorrow, she is well and have no symptoms so I am not worried. As my daughter is only 9 I can stay at home with her, so I won't go to work too. Besides that my daughter needs my support as she is having lessons through the internet. Right now children are the main focus of Covid here, because they are the ones that aren't vaccinated and many schools are closed. Picture of my daughter, took it this summer.

@LadyDuck yes, if my son needs to stay due to covid, I don't have the right to stay with him because he is over 12.

All our schools were closed last year but as far as I know they are all open now. Hope all goes well with your daughter.

@JimBo452020 that is true, many have no symptoms at all. Yes, there are some cases of Omicron variant, soon it will be everywhere.

You are right, none of the children are vaccinated in most parts of the World but schools are opening and children are staff are getting infected in India too. We have to be vigilant.
