Developing a script for films

I want to write a script for a movie and I'm willing to learn but I'm still groping in semi-darkness about how to go about it. I have read posts online about it, and now I'm trying to write one. However, writer's block attacks me once in a while. Have you ever written a script before? What can you advise this trying-hard scriptwriter? I'm truly interested in making it a success. The scenario my boss wants is that a provincial guy went to the city to join forces with his European-Asian cousin to establish a business. Your thoughts on this? Thank you in advance.

I never tried to make one. I am more on making reports or documentation.

Ooh I like the scenario. I'm so sorry I don't know anything about writing scripts but I'm sure you're going to do a great job. Best of luck.
