Good day to you all. Hope your Monday has been a good one. It was just another Monday for me until I got home, and it is confirmed what I had thought. The apartment complex finally got around to sending me the lease renewal. Of course, like everything else in life the price is going up quite a bit. So, it is confirmed that I will be looking for a new place for sure. I get that the price is going to go up it does every year. The first year it was $25 a month and the second year they raised it another $25. Those are understandable and I was okay with that, and I figured it might be a little higher. I would have understood $30 or even $50 but the $100 more a month is just too much. What more am I getting for that much more? Nothing, not a thing has gotten better since I moved into the place. That gives me about 2 months to find a new place. Hopefully I can find something in that time that is decent and affordable and preferably closer to work. If I could cut down on the drive to work that would be great. I could save money on gas, wear, and tear on the car and hey even get a little more sleep LOL.
