Leftover Soup & Crackers

Leftover potato soup and Ritz crackers for dinner. Was very good. Only had to warm up the soup and dinner was done. Today has been a beautiful day. Sunshine was enjoyed. Being out at the park and breathing the fresh air earlier was so nice. Wishing you all a good evening.

Thanks, you too! Nice warming meal. New York cut beef on sale, and for dinner with cut baked potatoes with fresh veggies for dinner.

Why do I hear Andy Griffith going, “Mmmmmm, good!” every time I see Ritz?

I had soup over rice. It’s very filling and lasts 3-4 days!

I bought a large pizza, the coupon was for $15 so I only paid about $5 for it. I don't usually eat pizza anymore so this was a treat.

Always a great dinner that takes so little preparation. I make a lot of soups, some out of leftovers from the night before. I always find them useful.
