What did you have for breakfast on this cloudy and cold Winter morning?

As you may know, I have been on a vegetable frenzy over the past week. I bought a bunch of fresh veggies with my friend, and have been eating onions, peppers, leeks, tomatoes, and other healthy goodies for the past seven days or so.
The result has been a happier stomach, consistent and floating poops, and cost savings. But my legs have been a bit crampy when I sleep. Not enough sodium and potassium.
So I regressed and had a Stouffer's frozen turkey dinner for breakfast this morning. It was satisfying, and my legs feel good.
How about you? Any dietary changes recently?

I've also been loading up on the veggies. Peppers, onions, Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, kale, etc. I figure this time of the year, I need all the nutritional help I can get!
I've also been drinking this stuff in my coffee, which isn't awful. I do add a small splash of regular half and half to my cup because it's not quite creamer for me on its own.

@snowy22315 I'm not sure. I'm hoping so. It will probably take at least a month of using it to notice for sure.

I also have legs cramps at night. We eat less pork and chicken and more on fish and veggies

Hmmm, maybe that's why my legs have been feeling shaky lately -- not enough potato chips.

@TheHorse I'm very UNond of bananas. One banana a month is more than enough, as far as I'm concerned...

@BarBaraPrz I don't particularly like them either. But a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do.

No dietary changes recently, I had a couple of imported Belgian toaster waffles, two pieces of bacon and some reduced sugar OJ.

My Nutritionist is always trying to get me to do things like that but I keep resisting.

@TheHorse I don't want to talk about my Downstairs Nutritionist. She's been very bossy lately.

I have been very bad and have gained weight. I bought myself a Christmas present -- nuts and jelly beans. I am not happy until they are all gone. I need to eat healthier. I had my usual yogurt and prunes for breakfast.
