After her traumatic experience...

I took Angel to the vet today, as my neighbor said something about her "coughing" while on a walk.
I should have realized that I didn't really hear her coughing while at home or on a walk, and the vet even tried to make Angel cough while we were there, and she didn't cough.
The vet said that Angel was probably pulling on her leash while out for a walk with my neighbor, and coughing/choking because of that.
Of course, after her "traumatic experience" at the vet, we went a few doors down afterward to the pet store to get some of her "consolation treats". I let her walk around and sniff, and she wound up grabbing a duck heart out of its bucket, (what she usually goes for) so I got her a little over a dozen of those.
Now she's behind me on her living area bed snoring.
It's 4:46 pm by my computer clock, so I guess that I should go and check/get the mail. After that I will be officially done.

Treats are always good, and I am not surprised about the vet thinking it had to do with pulling at a leash.

I am sure your wallet and Angel aren't happy, but I bet you're thankful you still had her checked out. It's likely she just got too excited during a walk, or it could've been something. Those treats will make up for it, for sure.
