gloomy afternoon

The surrounding is a bit quiet at the moment. My neighbor is busy hammering down the stuff in his laundry room.
People seem to be still sleepy. Last night, I could not sleep because of insomnia plus the fact that my dog snored.
I love the gloominess of the sky. It gives us cool wind and rural-like ambience. And this makes me want to stay at home and enjoy the company of my dog.

It was bright an sunny all day today and 22C. Now, it's getting cooler at 18C but we have heavy winds blowing through. (72.5 km winds)

@Janet357 No. I haven't been feeling the best. Pretty and I are both sticking close to our beds. We don't have a fever, just feel kind of blah...
It's another warmer day today, too. It's only 10 am and it's already 16.6C outside.

The blue light for computer screens could be worsening your insomnia. I am like that also.

The weather on our side is rainy. It has been gloomy since yesterday the 24th. It's nice that it's quiet, but the silence was so different it made us feel so lonely this Christmas.
