How many hours of average sleep do you take?

Well, sleeping is very important for our health. A nice sleep makes our next day completely refreshing. Recently I have not been sleeping in the right manner, I have been sleeping only 3-4 hours. But I don't do any strenuous activity, therefore it is not affecting my health, it may affect me in the long run. How many hours of sleep do you take? Do you sleep lights off or on (it may sound stupid but I am just curious)? Does the Covid pandemic have any effect on your sleeping habits? Free Image From pixabay.com

It depends. My daughter and I both prefer sleeping during our daytime but our neighbors sometimes babysit their grandkids during the day. When that happens, we don't get to sleep...

I sleep five to six hours a night and go all day so that must be enough sleep.

I, unfortunately, only get a couple of hours of sleep a night...sometimes three. I usually fall asleep with the TV, lights and/or computer on.
