It's Quarantine choke again / myLot

Last year mom attended a funeral over one of her officers, along with the others they went there. But yesterday I got a call from contact tracer and required us temperature morning and afternoon. It didn't sink into me until they told me some one in their group was positive. Until she gets a swabtest, were all under quarantine. Then today, Mom got choked while eating her lunch. Every one panic but I did the heimlich manuever and relief her a bit. I think my aunt didn't get to cooked the food properly or something. Good thing I have a stationary bike as my back up exercise. I'm sorry someone in the group has COVID. I'm glad you knew how to help your mother when she choked. A stationary bike is a great exercise.

We just arrived yesterday from our vacation. We immediately went home and rested and observed ourselves. So far so good, hope everyone is okay at your side of your place.
