My guess is that many people are waiting to read the story of why you're there in the first place.
Did the new diet include tree bark and you have GI issues?
Did it include live goldfish and the doctors are fishing for them?
Did your blood sugar crash and burn and you had to be hospitalized?
I hope you get to go home soon and the doctors enjoy their meal.

I hope you'll update soon so I don't keep making things up.
