Earlier I posted about how the cats seemed to be under the weather. I went to check on Chilly when I put my earbuds back in the bedroom. After petting him a little bit, he started to meow. A few minutes after that, he started purring up a storm.
While Chinnia has still been spending the vast majority of her time inside the litter box, she decided to get on top and took her chew from my hand. She's as loud as ever, too. One might think she's screaming.

Cats are often smarter than we give them credit for. While meowing or any noise could mean discomfort, while in a box, cats also meow to get their human's attention. Much like kittens do when looking for their mother. Chinnia was just letting me know she was in there, because she knew I wouldn't see her.

@kaylachan This might sound strange, cats DO get constipated. When this happened to my cat, she meowed very loudly while using the cat litter!

Sounds like they are getting back into the game of life, Sometimes we all have out moments so I am glad the cats are shoeing excitement about something and seem to be happy
