Do You Like ABBA?

ABBA is a Swedish pop group formed in 1972 and are one of the best-selling music artists of all time and the best-selling Swedish group of all time. ABBA reunited recently and came out with a new album in 2021 which sparked renewed interest in the group.
"Fernando" is one of the best-selling singles of all time and was released in 1975. It hit #13 on the US Billboard Hot 100.
Originally titled "Tango", the title was changed to "Fernando" after a man that tended bar in a club that ABBA frequented. The song tells the story of two old freedom-fighters from the Mexican Revolution.

I love everything they sang. Mama Mia was a great movie with a lot of their music in it.

@LindaOHio No, they are a Swedish group. But some say they got their first really huge crowds in Australia and that set them on their way.

There are very many songs I like from ABBA and their songs are featured in the two musicals Mama Mia 1 and 2 and both movies are a joy to watch

I love ABBA and the song “Fernando.” The song was sung by Cher and Andy Garcia in one of the Mama Mia movies. I think the second one, which they starred in.

I was not a big ABBA fan. Their songs did sound catchy just not my style of music. They definitely were a very popular group.
