Chili With Cheese For Dinner

Chili is so good on a cold night. No beans were added, just chili with cheddar cheese and a dollop or two of sour cream.
The rain is still falling. Has been all day. Suppose to turn into snow early in the morning. We will see.
Stay safe everyone if you are in the path of this winter storm.
Hoping we all keep our power and stay warm.

Mhmmmmmm.
That sounds so good. It's a wet dreary day here and I wish now that I had made chili.
I put a pork loin in about an hour ago so it still needs a couple more hours. I haven't figured out yet what to make with it lol.

I just pulled out the potatoes and I am going to have pan fried potatoes and onions with cheese and honey and brown sugar glazed carrots.
I made dinner rolls last week so I can just pull them out of the freezer.
I still want chili though.

We have had chili about three times in the last week, so I am ready for a change. I have a casserole made that we only ate part of, so that will be what we have tonight. Plus banana bread.
