Snow Day

We're due for a lot of snow today. It was already falling when I woke up this morning. I don't mind the snow so much. I just don't like how cold it is. Way too cold for my liking. We were told last night that schools were closed today. I figured it would be. My kids were definitely happy to have a snow day. They definitely were not complaining. I wish I had a snow day. But I am at work. At least it's only for a few hours. I'll be home for lunch and can enjoy the afternoon with them.

In class learning was just to begin again today, and now the classes are all cancelled. Its almost better for them to stay at home until the virus and the weather improves.

I suppose a snow day would be nicer if you didn't have to go out to work.You could choose if you want to go out for a bit or stay at home with a cup of hot chocolate.

Agreed. It would be nice if I could choose. Unfortunately I had to go out. Thankfully it's only until about 10-10:15.

We do have snow on the ground, but it is not alot. It rained last night so melted some. It is waay cold with the winds blowing though. Staying in today for sure.

At least the snow melted for you a bit. Sometimes, it doesn't hurt to stay in when the weather isn't so nice.

@dodo19 I was out today, but it was still fairly treacherous walking to the car. Tomorrow there should be more slush than ice...but we are getting more...oh joy!

It probably doesn't snow much where you are. We're supposed to get more snow tomorrow and it doesn't seem like it's going to get much warmer.

@dodo19 How nice. When I was in China I experienced Acid rain and no snow. I was 2 days late to witness snow there, my friend told me.

Nothing's moving here. Except for the snow still coming down. Even city bus service is suspended until 1pm. Hope you don't get stuck in the snow coming home.
