I finally had my booster shot / myLot

I just had my covid-19 booster shot this morning. It's AstraZeneca. I am not sure if it's still early in the morning (it's 10am, but it's Thaipusam holiday) or some people choose not to have AstraZeneca, there wasn't any queue in the vaccination center. I just registered, and it was my turn. My husband had his booster some time ago, and he was sick for a day or two. I was quite sick after my first two vaccination shots. I am hoping I won't get too sick this time as I am quite motivated to homeschool these few weeks. If I fall sick, I think I will just sleep or laze around all the time.

My husband and my parents didn't get sick for the first two shots, but it seems like I got sick for all three shots.

But it's okay, if it's good to me.

Some people get sick for two days after getting the Covid shots and some don't. I hope, if you get sick, you're over it quickly.

Thanks! This time, I was sick for one day only, which is consider very quickly for me. I was usually sick for a week.

Did you get eye sore after your vaccine? Having eye sore must be really uncomfortable. I only felt lethargic for my first two shots, and have fever this time. Left arm pain too.

@kaka135 I don't know how I ended up writing eye instead of arm, so sorry it was a mistake. So sorry you have a fever a hope you get well fast !! Most people I know got secondary effects from this third shot it's scaring me.

I got my booster too, Pfizer. I got it about 10:15 a.m. and now it is 9:30 p.m. and it has been hurting. I got the flu shot in the other arm and while it is a little stiff, it isn't hurting like the booster hurts. And that is why I got the booster in my non-dominate arm.

You got both shots at the same time? You are really brave! My first two shots were Pfizer too. Hope you are feeling well now. It's weird that I was not asked whether I am left-handed or right-handed, I just got my shot in my left arm, all the time.

I hope you won't have a terrible feeling after that. Just drink more water and have more rest and it shall be helpful. Even if you had the booster shot, it is still better to do some precausions as usual. Take care

Take care, it depends on the formation of immunity after being vaccinated, I haven't got a schedule for a booster we have to wait 6 months after the second dose

I heard that different people have different reactions to vaccines. Some of my friends didn't get sick at all. Perhaps vaccines from different company give different reactions too?

That's good for you! I felt quite sick after all three shots, but it's okay, I am all well now. I get sick quite easily, especially these few years, hence I hope all these vaccines really help.

Good that you were well. Different people get differently reactions from the vaccines, uh? I got pretty sick for my first two shots, but my husband and my parents were all well.
