Hello and good evening/morning / myLot

Fire is going and the dog is sleeping and happy. I of course will be up all night writing,as per usual. I have a package of beef thawing out, I will be making two dinners with it this week: teriyaki beef with green beans and fried rice,and beef stew. I did not cook any dinner tonight, but will bake some bread some time tonight,or at least get it rising for the morning. It will be raining the next few days, so I will have to come up with some indoor projects, but I'm not sure what yet.

Yummy foods coming! I made macaroni in marinara meat sauce. Freezing most. Potato salad with generous tuna portions and head lettuce leaves if hungry this evening. Got my laundry done early today.

Yep, rain hits us Thursday followed by another few days of FREEZING weather. Not my cup of tea!!

Love to eat beef stew especially on rainy days. Ours here, remains the same hot weather.

Teriyaki is always a good choice. We are waiting for a cold day again to finally have beef stew, I don't know if we actually will see another cold day though at this point haha
