Maintenance in recent days

My aunts request to have the roof and gutters replaced since they experienced the leaks when the storm came here last year. But the carpenter recommended roof guard paint and sealed the leaks instead. We don't have budget for replacing the entire roof and its support system.
After that Mom requested to have the steel living room white glass set painted. I hope the paint job would survive another storm because for the moment were heading towards summer. And its getting hotter by the week.
