Taco Tuesday

Happy Tuesday everyone! It's overcast and cloudy here today. The good news is yhe snow we were supposed to get is no longer in the forecast. I can certainly enjoy a day that looks like snow without any falling from the sky.
I woke up today with my back bothering me. I don't know if I slept in a wrong position or if I just did too much yesterday. Needless to say I'll be resting and using the heating pad.
We rarely have tacos but I do like them. When we have them I always say "why don't we have them more often "
Tonight we'll be having tacos and what a coincidence that it's Tuesday!

Glad you aren't getting snow today, but the forecast doesn't look too promising over all for the rest of the week..Back in the deep freeze again. I think we might get snow on Friday.

@Marilynda1225 If this snow takes the same path as the last storm we won't get any. Last storm that hit the south and the east coast, we didn't get a flurry. Fine by me, I am about ready for winter to be over.

@Marilynda1225 Thanks, we took stock of what is left of the quarter of beef we bought last year and we seem to have a fair bit of ground beef that we need to use up before I can reorder another quarter.

It was a dismal day but I didn't have anywhere to go so it was easy to rest my back. Tacos were good

I hope your back is better. It is so hard to tell how we injure ourselves. I hope you enjoyed the tacos. I also love tacos and have not had one in ages. Last year for my birthday I only got a delicious hamburger from one of the places I enjoy. I took it home to eat because I do not eat out very much and since it is the corona I for sure do not eat in a restaurant. I hope the heating pad helped you.

I do feel better today and I think I just did too much bending and lifting. I have been organizing my yarn into containers so all like colors are all together.
I haven't eaten in a restaurant since covid but have enjoyed taking food home to eat. The tacos were good but they aren't something I eat very often

That could be that you did too much bending and lifting and it was too much for you so your body had to rest to get rid of it. I miss tacos. There was a place that I got some for my birthday one year way before the corona but took them home. I prefer to eat at home with or without corona. The place I went to closed long ago and was told about another place but have not been there. If we have tortillas I could make them at home but have not. They are a treat to eat.

Hey that's a great idea. Maybe we will have "Taco Wednesday" tonight because I did buy stuff to make tacos when I went to the grocery store on Saturday and then forgot all about it. Thanks for the reminder. I am a day late reading this so I can no longer have Taco Tuesday!!!

Tacos aren't something we eat very often but I had all the ingredients so I figured it would be a good nigh to make them. Taco night isn't just for Tuesday anymore
