She must have noticed in our conversation that I was no slave driver. So she told me another what if. It seems that she works elsewhere part of the time. But I replied that I could not pay her for the whole day if she arrived near noon. And I added that she would have to work fast so that she could have the job done. She knows how to work fast. That I have noticed. But I also know that my friend Alejandra is not much interested in having her house very clean. And I´m picky. By noon, when I had started to give her tasks one by one, she told me whether I would be interested in paying her what she asked for if she came early in the morning. I answered that we could try. I really need a help and she has been with Alejandra for 6 years so at least I know that she is honest. I will give her another try. But just in case, I made her clean the terrace and as the last time she threw away the paper bags I get with the groceries, I told her that in MY house nothing was thrown away without asking first. We will see. I took a horrible revenge though. I made us a lunch partly with leftovers instead of heating the awesome chicken I had made for today. I know that was mean but she did not know it. We ate rice with a leftover tomato sauce (homemade) with an egg over it.
